Requirements

Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development.

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new clients through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position Desort’s recruitment solutions effectively.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage onboarding of new clients.
Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Track KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets.
