About The Position

Serra Auto Campus is seeking a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for engaging with guests to schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while delivering a high level of customer service. Please note that we expect to get a large number of respondents for this position. We will communicate directly with those that we elect to interview for the position. Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments for maintenance and repair needs
Communicate with guests via phone, email, and text
Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely booking
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize scheduling efficiency
Route Sales inquiry calls to the appropriate department
