About The Position

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You’ll play a key role in managing inbound and outbound communications, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for both sales and service. Your efforts will help streamline the customer experience and support our sales team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, or BDC (automotive a plus, not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to online inquiries, phone calls, and marketing leads
  • Qualify prospects and route them appropriately
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion rates
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and confirm appointments
  • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments
  • Ensure accurate data entry and calendar management
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Build rapport and nurture ongoing customer relationships
  • Deliver a positive first impression for all customers
  • Address questions and concerns promptly and professionally
