DoD SkillBridge: Business Development & Capture Manager
About The Position
LEAP is a dual-use space logistics company building the vehicles, infrastructure, and technologies to move goods anywhere on Earth or in orbit in minutes. We operate at the intersection of aerospace and advanced manufacturing, developing scalable rapid-launch systems for both commercial and defense missions. We operate with a builder mindset focused on ownership, speed, and disciplined execution. Position Overview Support defense growth strategy through pipeline development, capture planning, and contracting pathway analysis. Help the company identify and pursue government opportunities, support proposals, and track potential contracts. This is similar to requirements development or acquisition planning work in the military.
Requirements
- Applicants must be active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program.
- Active duty within 180 days of separation
- Relevant leadership or operational experience
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. Person status required
