Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Business Development Associate on the Biotech Solutions team in Patheon CDMO services in New England. This role is designed for a proven hunter with deep Biotech experience who excels at identifying whitespace, opening new accounts, and converting early-stage scientific engagement into partnerships. This role is meant to feed into a future Business Development Executive role. The successful candidate will drive new logo acquisition by positioning Thermo Fisher’s integrated capabilities across small and large molecule drug substance manufacturing, sterile drug product fill and finish, advanced therapies, and oral solid dose manufacturing. In this role, you'll prospect for new leads, qualify opportunities, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate our value proposition. You'll work closely with Business Development Executives to drive growth initiatives, coordinate customer communications, and manage the sales pipeline through our CRM system. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, delivering effective presentations, and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
