About The Position

Launch your career in sales with Oxford Global Resources. We’re looking for ambitious, competitive recent college graduates who are ready to learn, grow, and build a successful career in B2B sales. As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you’ll begin your career in our 8-week Oxford Sales Academy (OSA), an immersive training program designed to give you the skills, confidence, and real-world experience to succeed in sales. You’ll learn how to build relationships, identify business opportunities, communicate with clients, and develop the core sales skills you’ll use throughout your career. Upon successfully completing the Academy, you’ll be prepared to advance into a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) role and take the next step in building your career at Oxford. If you’re motivated by competition, growth, and the opportunity to turn your drive into a rewarding career, Oxford is a place to start. For more than 40 years, Oxford Global Resources has connected companies around the world with specialized technical talent — engineers, software developers, scientists, and other technical professionals — when they need expertise but aren't ready to make a full-time hire. We place 3,100+ consultants yearly and have completed more than 75,000 projects for our clients.
