This role involves identifying business opportunities through prospecting and research, and collaborating with the operations team to create unique solutions for prospects and clients. The associate will also monitor industry trends, research market trends, and stay updated on competitors to identify service/product improvements and provide key market intelligence. Responsibilities include populating and updating data in the CRM system, contributing to marketing strategy development, and performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
