The role of the Business Development Associate is to partner with the Business Development team to identify, develop and cultivate new private clients and endowment and foundation clients. The associate will work creatively and entrepreneurially to design prospecting strategies as well as individualized plans designed to win new clients and generate revenue growth. This role will provide foundational sourcing, prospecting and client development skills necessary to be successful as a Business Development Officer. This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 3 days per week in the office (West Palm Beach, FL).
