About The Position

ISN is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Associate fluent in English and Portuguese to join their Customer Operations team. This role involves using language skills to communicate with international clients and colleagues, providing proactive service and support, answering calls and inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and participating in sales and marketing projects. The position offers a career path from Customer Service into B2B sales and includes an extensive training program.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English AND Portuguese.
  • Advanced fluency in English AND Portuguese (written and verbal) required.
  • Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
  • Desire to work with people and engage in verbal interaction over the phone.
  • Career aspiration to start in Customer Service and progress into B2B sales.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications).
  • Diligence for in-depth learning of software programs and new concepts.
  • Strong retention skills and patience for difficult troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months.
  • Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Full commitment and attendance required during the 8-week training program.
