About The Position

ISN, a global leader in contractor and supplier management since 2001, is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Associate fluent in English and Portuguese to join their Customer Operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and want to work for a company that values their talents and supports growth. As a Business Development Associate, you will leverage your language skills to communicate with international clients and colleagues, provide proactive service and support, handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to sales and marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English AND Portuguese.
  • Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
  • Desire to work with people and engage in verbal interaction over the phone.
  • Career aspiration to start in Customer Service and progress into B2B sales.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications).
  • Diligence for in-depth learning of software programs and new concepts.
  • Strong retention skills and patience for difficult troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced fluency in English AND Portuguese (written and verbal) required.
  • Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months.
  • Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Use language skills to communicate with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
  • Provide proactive service and support to customers.
  • Answer customer calls and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Participate in sales and marketing projects.
