About The Position

The Internal Sales Associate manages new sales opportunities for domestic and international sales for the JTC trust companies. This role is responsible for assisting, reporting, and coordinating new business development. The associate will support the head of domestic business development, sales team, trust officers, and financial advisors with new business proposals, prospect inquiries, sales pipeline management via Salesforce, client meetings, and various administrative tasks. Attendance at conferences is also required. This position offers unique levels of service that will solidify the differentiated experience offered by JTC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferably within a corporate or professional services environment).
  • Knowledge of and experience in trust, legal, and investments.
  • Experience in both Sales and Operations.
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage effectively.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel.
  • High personal interaction skills and team player.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the sales platform, including additional sales support, responding to inquiries and opportunities from partners and financial advisors, and any leads generated through JTC’s network, website, and Wealth Advisor Leads.
  • Manage closed business and sales pipeline reporting, capturing key business analytics for internal reporting.
  • Manage reporting to partners of closed business and current sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end KYC process.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of trust documents and statements of assets to build out sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives on scheduling new accounts for acceptance.
  • Manage the Salesforce platform, including ongoing training of current employees and development/presentation of material to new hires regarding Salesforce and sales processes.
  • Expand and deepen JTC’s relationships with existing and new partners via regular communication and email.
  • Manage and update marketing material with partner platforms.
  • Coordinate client events, speaking engagements, and sales conferences.
  • Create presentation material and analytic reporting.
