This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in sales, customer engagement, lead generation, and field marketing while learning how we connect families across the U.S. with a unique childcare and cultural exchange solution. As a Business Development & Customer Engagement Co-op, you'll engage with prospective host families at different stages of their journey. You'll manage your own pipeline of leads, connecting with families by phone, text, and email to understand their childcare needs, ask thoughtful discovery questions, and explore how the au pair program could work for their family. The role will also provide opportunities to get outside the office and support local lead-generation and brand-awareness efforts. This may include attending community events, engaging with prospective families in person, and helping us identify new ways to reach families in the Boston and greater New England area. Some events may take place on weekends or require occasional overnight travel. When weekend work is required, schedules will be adjusted to provide a corresponding weekday off.
