The Business Development Advisor (BDA) is dynamic, hybrid role which combines sales leadership, community engagement, and strategic business development to expand our services and enhance the lives of older adults in our business territories. Activities include but are not limited to generating client referrals by visiting hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, funeral homes, etc. The BDA reports directly to the General Manager (GM) and works closely with all team members at the branch. This is a high-impact, field-based position ideal for a driven professional who is passionate about senior care and excels in strategic sales, referral development, and relationship building.
