About The Position

RestoreCore is seeking a high-performing Business Development professional with experience in restoration, property management, or insurance-related sales. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate understands the urgency of disaster response and can build strong referral relationships to drive consistent revenue. RestoreCore is a 45-year-old, family-owned disaster restoration company serving PA, NJ, DE, MD, and the DC Metro region. The Business Development team is crucial for growth through trusted relationships and market presence. This role will focus on expanding in Central and North Jersey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance-related sales strongly preferred
  • Existing relationships within target verticals (property management, insurance, facilities)
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and building a pipeline
  • Strong presence, communication skills, and ability to influence decision-makers
  • Self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven, performance-based role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration sales
  • Established relationships with property managers, adjusters, or facility leaders

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business across commercial property management, multifamily, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and institutional clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, risk managers, and insurance professionals
  • Generate referrals through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and emergency response planning sessions
  • Represent RestoreCore in local associations (BOMA, IFMA, etc.)
  • Partner with operations to ensure strong client experience and retention
  • Manage and grow a consistent pipeline using CRM tools and sales tracking
