Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Working With Business Partners, Coordinating And Providing End-To-End Support For All Activities Related To Group Setup Activities, Including But Not Limited To, Quoting, New Group, Renewal And Account Maintenance For Standard Product Markets. This Position Is Also Responsible For Resolving Escalated Issues, Interacting With Underwriting To Mediate Risk, And Assist With Projects, Initiatives Or Process Reviews. Job Purpose (Enterprise Medicaid Enrollment): This position is responsible for supporting the coordination of end-to-end activities related to membership account maintenance for the Medicaid enrollment process. This position is also responsible for resolving escalated issues, assist with project, initiative, or process reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and 4 years experience in strategic planning, market research, product development or network management in health care industry OR Masters/Professional Degree and 3 year of experience strategic planning, market research, product development or network management in health care industry OR 6 year of experience strategic planning, market research, product development or network management in health care industry.
  • Organization, prioritization, problem solving skills.
  • Ability to drive consensus and influence at various levels of the organization.
  • Project management skills; strong organization; prioritization and problem solving skills.
  • Verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal communication skills to work across departments, present findings and status of projects, build relationships and garner information from various sources.
  • Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels.
  • Business analysis skills.
  • Presentation and group facilitation experience.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor degree OR 4 years of business experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing, corporate customer service, business processes, insurance administration or benefits administration
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with agents/producers, vendors and other internal/external customers, with ability to clearly articulate and compose correspondence tailored to customers and coordinate services with other departments
  • Organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, which include the ability to factor in risks and understand the potential impact of particular actions to the subscriber, group and all segments of our company
  • Ability to consume and apply training materials, processes, procedures at an accelerated pace
  • Flexibility and ability to learn and work complex, new or multiple workloads
