About The Position

We are looking for a "green and hungry" Junior Learning Content Specialist to help shape and manage our learning and development content. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences. You will be instrumental in coordinating content across multiple workstreams, ensuring high standards of quality, and fostering collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Expertise in organizing, tracking, and delivering content across various projects.
Experience with Confluence and/or Camtasia.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize content creation and collaboration platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and articulate ideas clearly.
Experience picking up new technologies and being very proactive.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication.

CoPilot experience is a big plus here.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate learning content deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
Facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure content alignment and quality.
Plan, develop, and maintain engaging learning content, potentially utilizing tools like Confluence and Camtasia.
Ensure all content meets expectations for data quality, accuracy, and usability.
Demonstrate technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
Act as a self-starter, identifying challenges and proposing solutions to enhance content development and delivery processes.
