About The Position

Experian is seeking a Resilience Senior Manager to lead and mature its regional capability across North America. This is a people-focused leadership role that combines strategic oversight, team development, and executive engagement to ensure the organization can prepare for, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions. The role involves partnering closely with senior stakeholders and coordinating operational resilience and crisis management activities in alignment with global policy, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices. The manager will report to the Global Head of Resilience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, or risk programs in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • 5+ years of experience with resilience disciplines across operations, technology, cyber, and third-party risk.
  • 5+ years of experience working with 1st Line of Defense teams and senior partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of resilience professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation point while empowering teams to independently support 1st Line of Defence (1LoD) partners.
  • Oversee and support 1LoD teams in interpreting and meeting operational resilience policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure understanding across resilience disciplines, including business continuity, operational risk, technology, cyber, and supplier.
  • Act as the regional lead for crisis management, coordinating Crisis Management Teams according to the Global Crisis Management Framework.
  • Lead training, simulations, and exercises to ensure leaders and teams understand their roles during crisis scenarios.
  • Partner with North America senior leadership and executive teams to position resilience as a business enabler.
  • Report on regional posture, key risks, and readiness to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in global threat and intelligence processes to assess the latest risks and regulatory developments.
  • Oversee the delivery of critical activities, including business continuity and crisis planning, testing and exercising programs, regulatory and client audits, and M&A due diligence and integration.
