About The Position

At Cosentino, we are looking for a Business Consulting Specialist to join our team in the South USA territory. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multinational, expanding environment with numerous challenging projects. The Business Consulting Specialist provides global support to Cosentino Business Units, focusing on analysis, training, and implementation of best practices. This role will primarily support the US and Canadian markets and collaborate on global projects with the HQ team.

Requirements

Proven success in sales, marketing, customer service, and business operations
Superior organizational knowledge, as well as the ability to maintain focus under pressure
Capacity to develop workshops or industry-related events.
Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
Computer skills: Office Suite, CRM system (e.g SalesForce)
Team building and customer-oriented, used to working in a diverse environment
Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently

Nice To Haves

Full cycle sales experience
Proven success in sales, marketing, customer service, or related field inside our business operations
1+ year(s) developing workshops/training or other industry-related events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

Providing internal consulting to the different Business Units to analyze operations, implement and follow up the action plans defined together with the General Manager, to reach operational excellence
Identifying and implementing observed best practices in each Business Unit
Training new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles
Analyzing the market (competition, trends, etc.)
Supporting our Business Units through temporary back-ups
