Business Consultant
About The Position
This role supports our Certified Business Owners in the field by assisting with new account starts, walkthroughs, service issues, and account transitions. Ideally, candidates should have prior cleaning or janitorial industry experience, as well as strong customer service skills, since they will be working directly with both franchise owners and client facilities. This position is responsible for supporting their franchise locations. A typical day is working with other franchise owners, investigating complaints from customers, conducting quarterly reviews with franchise owners, and supporting them in general. They support about 150 franchise owners throughout the Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo area (70% are in Cleveland).
Requirements
- Prior cleaning or janitorial industry experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
