This field-based role will cover the Central Northeast Ontario, working directly with existing and prospective clients in the spa, salon and medspa industry to drive growth and elevate their business with Dermalogica solutions. Your Impact As a Business Consultant, you will: Drive Dermalogica’s sales performance in your territory through strategic planning, account support, events and business development. Cultivate deep relationships with spa, salon and medspa partners by understanding their goals and offering tailored Dermalogica solutions. Take full ownership of account development, including proactive lead generation and conversion of qualified prospects. Execute in-field training, merchandising, product launches, and marketing activations to elevate account success. You're a connector, a self-starter, and a strategic thinker. You understand the unique needs of spa, salon and medspa businesses and love seeing your clients succeed. You're motivated by meaningful relationships, partnerships supporting growth and excellent at hitting your targets.
