Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including AML, KYC, and BSA requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to interpret and explain complex regulations clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and maintain compliance and risk management programs, including research, implementation, and staff training.
  • Review business and specialty account documentation to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of accounts to meet due diligence and compliance standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and fraud risks, including monitoring transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Conduct due diligence on new accounts, verifying identity and source of funds in alignment with KYC and AML regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and respond to inquiries to ensure compliant operations and effective issue resolution.
