About The Position

We are looking for an experienced professional for a Business Coach role. Candidates in this role will travel to AAMCO centers to assist franchisees in learning the franchise operating system, and as they open and get up and running, will remain in contact as they develop. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy visiting a wide variety of destinations across the U.S.

Requirements

• Experienced professional
• Exceptional active listening skills and patience when working with new franchisees as they learn and implement our system
• Proficient in communication and relationship-building
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven sales skills
• Technology-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office for daily reporting and other business tasks
• Strong overall communication skills
• Ability to adhere to a 2–3 weeks per month travel/work schedule – flexibility is essential

Responsibilities

• Travel to AAMCO centers to assist franchisees in learning the franchise operating system

• Identify, isolate, and overcome objections while confidently closing opportunities
• Use Microsoft Office for daily reporting and other business tasks
