Average effective earnings exceed $200 per hour for consultants who follow the system and stay engaged. Exit Factor is expanding its elite consulting team in Texas. We are looking for experienced, business-minded professionals who want flexibility, leverage, and meaningful work, not another grind-it-out role. This is not coaching for motivation. This is consulting for outcomes: profit, efficiency, and business value. Exit Factor is a business consulting firm focused on helping small to mid-sized business owners increase profitability, efficiency, and enterprise value in preparation for a future sale. We work with companies from early stage through $30 million in revenue across a wide range of industries nationwide. Our work includes business valuations, one-on-one consulting, and structured programs built around a proven, proprietary system. Exit Factor operates as a small, agile team backed by a large global organization. You get the feel of a boutique consultancy with the resources, credibility, and infrastructure of a multinational company. We are fully remote, with annual in-person company conferences. Our Business Consultants work directly with business owners to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable improvements in business performance and value. You will lead structured one-on-one consulting engagements using the Exit Factor system. You will be supported by formal training, certification, and automation systems designed to increase focus and efficiency. This role offers exposure to hundreds of businesses across dozens of industries and is best suited for professionals who already understand how businesses actually operate.

Requirements

  • Sales oriented individual
  • Five or more years of experience in Sr leadership or ownership
  • Proven ability to lead conversations with owners and executives
  • Comfort discussing financials, operations, and strategic trade-offs
  • Strong executive presence with clear, confident communication
  • High personal accountability and disciplined time management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating independently
  • Strong technology fluency including CRM systems, Zoom, and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with prospective Exit Factor members
  • Leading structured one-on-one consulting sessions using the Exit Factor methodology
  • Identifying operational, financial, and strategic improvement opportunities
  • Leveraging online curriculum and tools to support client execution
  • Completing certification, continuing education, and ongoing professional development
  • Coordinating with Member Services to deliver a high-quality client experience
