We do this through coaching, sales and marketing strategies, streamlined systems, and leadership development. We’re growing fast and need another A+ coach to help our clients scale their businesses and change their lives.

Requirements

• Spent years coaching, leading, or developing people - not just managing tasks
• Been accountable for outcomes in a high-performance environment
• Be competitive, but team-focused - you want others to win as well
• Be direct, authentic, and not interested in corporate polish
• Actively seek feedback and use it to improve
• Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals - profit margins, cash flow, team management, and marketing strategies
• Be a self-directed learner - always reading, listening to podcasts, or seeking new ways to grow
• Bring energy, humour, and accountability to everything you do

Nice To Haves

• Have experience in coaching, consulting, or running a business is valuable, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Delivering world-class coaching sessions
• Group coaching with business owners
• Facilitating online training sessions
• Monitoring client results and engagement
• Answering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groups
• Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients grow
• Developing coaching resources to drive client success
• Optimising coaching processes to get faster results
