About The Position

The Business Change Manager will be responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. The Business Change Manager is accountable for executing enhancements, expansions, and implementations for Integrated Medicaid Lock-in/ Integrated Commercial Provider Home/ ARG standalone business. How you will make an impact: Responsibilities Related to Projects Stakeholder Discovery and Business Alignment - Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Requirements Definition and Validation Scope Management and Change Control Design and Development Coordination System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Readiness Planning and Implementation Go-Live Support and Validation Post-Implementation Review and Operational Transition Responsibilities Related to Programs: Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Partner closely with Developers, Process Experts, Business Analysts, Operational Leaders, and Business Stakeholders to support program objectives and strategic initiatives. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to understand business pain points, desired outcomes, operational impacts, and success criteria. Develop executable project strategies to expand and align business needs with technical delivery capabilities. Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business and technology teams. Designs methods for integrating function and process. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. Ensure risks, dependencies, and issues are proactively identified and managed. Provide accurate and timely status reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Oversee transition activities from project implementation to operational ownership. Ensure seamless operational coordination and continuous improvement efforts. Leads efforts to identify best practices.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years’ process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in successfully developing and managing end-to-end projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
  • PMP and/or Agile certified preferred.
  • Project management and/or business change management experience preferred.
  • MS Project experience preferred.
  • Jira experience preferred.
  • RACI matrix experience preferred.
