About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Change Manager Senior to support corporate and client initiatives. This role involves integrating strategy and organizational change management principles to enhance the capacity of clients and stakeholders. The position focuses on delivering training on organizational change theories, tools, and techniques, and coaching various project leads. A key aspect of this role is facilitating stakeholder transformation by shifting mindsets and behaviors.

Requirements

  • Senior business manager role.
  • 9-month role with potential for extension.
  • Work hand-in-hand with business change management consultants.
  • Work with Product Owners/Product Managers/technical leads.
  • Experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Bring organizational change management practices.
  • Experience as a change management practitioner.
  • Experience with Member360.
  • 5 years of experience in a change manager role.
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems (Expert).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills (Expert).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (Expert).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Advanced).
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service.
  • 5 years’ experience in a change management role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Communications or related fields.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support process enhancements and key program interventions.
  • Lead and guide project teams in transforming, developing, and implementing initiatives to support people, business, and technology impact, ensuring effective adoption.
  • Develop, deliver, and coordinate organizational change management work, including stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, organizational design/effectiveness, business transformation, and culture.
  • Provide strategy and change management thought leadership support to executives, sponsors, clients, and/or business owners.
  • Support the integration of Organizational Change Management into initiative approaches and methodologies.
  • Engage with partners in Training, Communications, and Content Management to improve change impact, communications, collaboration, and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Lead the annual Strategy Development process and understand client group's strategic priorities, business imperatives, and customers' business.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to project team members of varying levels and disciplines on change management best practices.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff members.
