About The Position

The Business Change Manager works with management and enterprise functional areas to identify and implement Claims and recovery projects and support current Payment Integrity programs and plans. The role helps achieve business unit and enterprise goals by identifying claims payment and adjudication issues, defining scope and solutions, and guiding business change.

Requirements

• A BA/BS in a related field and at least 5 years of process- or project-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of claims processing or payment integrity/appeals-related experience.
• Experience successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budgets.
• Knowledge of process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential claims payment and claims adjudication payment issues, propose solutions, and identify scope.
• Lead efforts to identify best practices.
• Identify impacted parties, business partners, and required resources.
• Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs.
• Design methods for integrating functions and processes.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Build support for business change throughout the business unit.
