As Senior Analyst for Business Change, you will report to Engineering and Network Strategy within the New England electric business. You will lead or support development and delivery of discrete activities, collateral, metrics and reports for various initiatives within Engineering and Network Strategy. Strong facilitation, project management, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are required to be effective in this role.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years leading significant business projects, with a focus on evolving work methods and technology adoption.
  • 2+ years leading or facilitating the development and execution of deliverables used to drive awareness, preparation and adoption of new processes, data, technology, etc.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, present insights via graphs and charts, and present a succinct, consumable story.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in using MS Office suite applications to successfully communicate, engage and present in-person as well as in a hybrid working environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with energy utilities and engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver change plans and ensure alignment to overall project goals, strategic objectives and audience best practice.
  • Develop and maintain engineering personas and segmentation strategy. Be familiar with engineering processes, ways of working and communication styles.
  • Lead stakeholder communications, training, engagement, and post go-live support plans.
  • Align, coordinate and maintain roadmap of changes.
  • Assess and break down organization, process and technology impacts.
  • Collaborate to measure program effectiveness to ensure end user readiness and adoption targets and develop action plans to address low readiness and adoption indicators.
  • Collaborate with other change teams to share best practices and lessons learned; when needed partner with those teams to mitigate risks to end user readiness and adoption due to overlapping changes.
  • Manage and report on digital readiness and other user adoption metrics.
  • Work with portfolio team to define roll out strategy and roadmap for new innovations.
