About The Position

Fralock is seeking a Business Change Analyst to join their Graduate Development Program. This hybrid/flexible role is based in Milpitas, CA, with a compensation of $33/hour for 10 hours/week in the first year. The Business Change Analyst will support Fralock's turnaround and transformation program as a member of the Phoenix Team, providing analytical, project, and operational support to strategic initiatives aimed at improving business performance, strengthening organizational capability, and accelerating sustainable growth. The role involves working alongside executive leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, monitor progress, and help deliver meaningful business change. This position requires access to information controlled under ITAR or EAR, necessitating the candidate to be a "U.S. person."

Requirements

  • Currently completing the final (senior) year of a college degree, with expected graduation before the full-time phase of the program begins.
  • Naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to balance work responsibilities with college studies.
  • Comfortable asking questions and working with people across different disciplines.
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and project materials.
  • Must be a "U.S. person" as defined by ITAR and EAR.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of strategic transformation projects, including ownership of meaningful projects that create measurable business value.
  • Analyze business performance data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Produce executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate project plans, actions, risks, and governance activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform business decisions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Track progress against strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Help embed new ways of working and support organizational change activities.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, Commercial, and Engineering.
  • Attend and present at monthly MBRs and support QBRs, the annual STRAP process, employee engagement workshops, and change-related surveys.
  • Participate in selected travel, leadership meetings, and strategic planning activities.
