About The Position

This position provides change expertise and supports the successful preparation and adoption of organizational change. This role works closely with operational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, design targeted change plans, and drive readiness, adoption, and sustained behaviour change. This role ensures that change strategies are effectively implemented, aligned to business priorities, and delivered in a way that minimizes disruption while maximizing value realization. Acting as a bridge between enterprise change leadership and execution teams, the role brings a deep understanding of both change management practices and business operations to ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or a related discipline supplemented by minimum 5-7 years of change management or process development experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Project management and change management experience and the ability to balance work priorities with limited resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills including the ability to gain buy-in and to manage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in writing business cases, policies, SOPs, user guides, reports, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and troubleshoot problems and to make related recommendations
  • Ability to synthesize working procedures and to develop, document and deliver usable best practices.
  • Previous experience in structured business analysis methodologies and change planning and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of efficient business process designs and quality improvement processes
  • Working knowledge of relevant business tools including CRM, telephony, omni-channel, Microsoft Office, BPM, case management
  • Knowledge of the organizational change management ramifications of implementing process change.
  • Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Keen sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering results and high quality work
  • Self-initiative and a track-record of working effectively on an independent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Translate enterprise strategies into change plans aligned to operational priorities
  • Define clear value statements (impacts, risks, actions) for stakeholder groups
  • Design and support the delivery of targeted interventions (comms, engagement, training, reinforcement)
  • Support leaders in articulating the “from / to / why” of change
  • Lead integrated change plans (scope, timelines, milestones, reporting)
  • Aligning closely with program and project teams to integrate change and delivery
  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks, barriers, and resistance
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends; recommend enhancements to change practices
  • Serve as primary change advisor to assigned business areas
  • Partner with key change partners to align change, process, and systems
  • Partner with leaders to assess impacts, readiness, and risks; co-create mitigation strategies
  • Enable leaders to drive adoption and behavior change
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment for coordinated execution
  • Embed change into business processes and day-to-day operations
  • Defining and tracking success measures (adoption, usage, behavior change, sentiment)
  • Gather insights and feedback to refine approaches
  • Address adoption gaps with targeted reinforcement
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across initiatives
