About The Position

The Business Change Advisor / Business Change Advisor Sr. will be responsible for assisting the management within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results. May be responsible for assisting the senior leadership team within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 2-3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

  • Helps build and support the company's change network.
  • Communicates information from a variety of sources through newsletters, dashboards and presentations.
  • Promotes benefits of function within region as well as throughout the company.
  • Facilitates and coordinates annual planning process for the business unit.
  • Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of a designated journey plan.
  • Develops journey plan and maps to reach goals and educates key stakeholders in use of these tools.
  • Oversees utilization of additional management tools and processes.
  • Assess supplier Medicaid Exhibit requirements aligned to growth/expansion/M&A.
  • Triage incoming supplier contract requests and validate against filing guidelines per state contract.
  • Collaborate with CGS-based associates to complete the filing checklist and assemble the required supplier documentation.
  • Coordinate with local health plan Compliance Director, Leadership team and State Agency in the submission and review of the filing packet for approval.
  • Collaborate with CGS-based associates in the development of documentation that Anthem has previously committed via the Filing process (e.g. various supplier attestations, performance metrics, P&Ps, CAPS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with local health plan Compliance Director and Leadership team in the submission of the information packet to the State Agency.
  • Respond to follow-up/audit requests incoming from the State Agency.
