About The Position

C&N is seeking a Business Banking Support Specialist to provide administrative and client support for their Treasury Management team. This role involves assisting commercial clients with Treasury Management products and services, supporting onboarding and documentation processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the department. Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field AND 2-4 years of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Well-developed abilities and a proven track record in customer service & relationship building: Ability to build trust with commercial clients through responsive service, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed abilities and a proven track record in communication & active listening: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products, processes, and solutions to clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial clients with Treasury Management products and services including digital banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, merchant services, and business credit card support.
• Prepare and review account documentation, gather supporting materials, complete CIP procedures, and ensure agreements and disclosures are accurate and complete.
• Support Treasury Management Relationship Managers by preparing proposals, account analysis materials, and customer paperwork while coordinating equipment delivery and setup.
• Provide instruction and support to new and existing business clients while serving as a responsive resource for product questions and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Stay informed on Treasury Management products, industry trends, and banking technology enhancements to effectively support clients and internal partners.
