The Digital Support Business Banking Specialist provides front-line support to both consumer and business banking customers for Nymbus's Launch clients. This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced Contact Center environment, delivering exceptional service through various digital communication channels. In addition to supporting retail banking customers, this role assists small business and commercial members with digital banking access, account servicing, and general inquiries. The specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing customer applications, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements. The position requires strong decision-making, attention to detail, and a commitment to one-touch resolution, with schedule flexibility needed for a 7-day Contact Center operation.
