Business Banking SBA Sales Specialist II
About The Position
As a SBA Sales Specialist, you will provide SBA training and knowledge support as a subject matter expert in the supported market, assist Relationship Managers (RM) with processing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans to ensure the process is managed efficiently and the customer experience is positive, and direct calling on third party groups (CDCs, CDAs and other government agencies) throughout assigned geographic markets in a direct effort to develop credit enhanced loan leads. This role involves direct customer contact to explain the benefits of SBA loan programs and assist in loan package preparation, processing, and closing.
Requirements
- At least a minimum of 5 years direct experience with SBA/ Government guaranteed lending.
- Deep knowledge of SBA SOP
