The successful candidate will provide leadership and coaching to a geographically dispersed team while partnering with clients, producers, centers of influence, and internal business partners to deliver specialized agricultural banking solutions. Ideal candidates bring strong agricultural lending, production agriculture, credit underwriting, and financial analysis experience, along with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, develop talent, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
