About The Position

U.S. Bank is launching Business Banking in a new market—and building the team in Atlanta! This role is centered on sales, prospecting, and building a new book of business by partnering with businesses generating $2.5MM to $50MM in annual revenue. You’ll drive new client acquisition through proactive calling, networking, and developing strong relationships with centers of influence, while building and managing a robust pipeline of new-to-bank opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to five years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Active prospecting, self‑sourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition.
  • Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
  • Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
  • Partner and collaborate effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
