Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business or related field preferred
  • Three or more years experience in a banking or related environment.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively present information in one- on-one and group situations with all levels of individuals within the organization and/or industry.
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook. Also have the ability to learn bank systems and other software.
  • Be a strong team player, with the ability to multitask; have a high attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • This position will also require a willingness to put in extra hours as needed to complete projects with deadlines.
  • Up to 25% of work time will include travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and retain key credit and deposit relationships for the Bank.
  • Communicate and meet with board members and property managers, and attend various industry functions.
  • Develop relationships with Attorneys, Management Companies, Accountants, Reserve/Engineers, Insurance and other industry related professionals.
  • Perform credit analysis for existing and prospective commercial customers of the Bank.
  • Assist with the ongoing credit monitoring functions including financial statement review and loan covenant compliance.
  • Documentation of loans and amendments.
  • Update CRM database activities
  • Weekly calls updated in Outlook Calendar daily
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by manager
  • Keep up to-date with Compliance Training
