Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of directly related business banking relationship management experience.
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Tech-savvy with solid PC skills.

Nice To Haves

Team leadership or management experience preferred , with the ability to coach and develop a small team.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking clients while sourcing new relationships through referrals and networking
Recommend tailored financial solutions that help clients meet their business and personal objectives.
Meet revenue goals and key performance metrics for growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Develop relationships through regular client visits and partnerships with centers of influence like CPAs and attorneys.
Gain deep knowledge of each client’s business and create strategic relationship plans.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management for 2–3 team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
