About The Position

U.S. Bank is expanding its Business Banking services into the Atlanta market and is seeking to build a new team. This role focuses on sales, prospecting, and developing a new client base by working with businesses that generate between $2.5 million and $50 million in annual revenue. The position involves acquiring new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and building relationships with key influencers, while also managing a pipeline of potential new clients. As the portfolio grows, the focus will be on establishing trusted, long-term relationships with business owners, supporting their financial goals and success through consultative banking solutions, leveraging the resources of U.S. Bank. Business Banking Relationship Managers are crucial in helping clients achieve their financial objectives by acting with integrity and a commitment to client success. They utilize a wide array of products and solutions to serve clients effectively. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to five years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Active prospecting, self-sourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition.
  • Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
  • Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
  • Partner and collaborate effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
