Salal Credit Union is looking to add a new Business Banking Officer. You'll play a critical role in developing and strengthening relationships with business members, serving as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to deliver customized banking solutions. You'll work closely with business owners to understand their financial goals, provide strategic recommendations, and connect them with products and services that support their long-term success. Beyond portfolio growth, you'll serve as an ambassador for Salal in the community, cultivating new business relationships, expanding market presence, and managing a diverse portfolio of business members. Your work will help drive member satisfaction, portfolio performance, and sustainable growth while maintaining sound risk management practices and regulatory compliance. This is an ideal role for an experienced business banker, relationship manager, or commercial lending professional who enjoys building strong partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and making a visible impact within a collaborative credit union culture. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in the greater Western Washington market and the ability to travel regularly throughout the region for member and prospect meetings.
