Responsible for new business loan acquisition, existing business loan expansion, and growing membership through business deposits, treasury management referrals, ancillary product referrals, and line of business referrals. Partner with branch managers, branch staff, commercial lenders and third-party business partners to acquire, grow and retain business banking relationships. You will be responsible for business member acquisition though business development, outbound calling, networking, and referrals. Provide recommendations and solutions unique to each business relationship to expand their relationship and help improve their financial well-being. Take a lead role in representing MIIDFLORIDA with various civic organizations and at community events. Grow membership from prospective business you obtain from community involvement and outside business development. Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines. Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed. Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services. Accountable for meeting productivity, quality, and sales goals. Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy. Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. Perform other duties as assigned.
