As a Business Banker, you will be responsible for soliciting, developing, and managing profitable financial relationships with complex business and professional customers. This role includes originating and structuring loans with minimal supervision, while thoughtfully managing risk before and after the extension of credit. You will serve as a relationship manager, partnering with teams across the Bank to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term success. This position requires a high level of self-motivation, sound judgment, and the ability to make independent decisions, while consistently looking for opportunities to add value beyond customers’ immediate needs.
