Practicing Business Architect
About The Position
Business Architects define and structure the business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, processes, services, partners and suppliers to optimise the enterprise organisation, its capabilities and initiatives. The key focus is on the e2e value delivery, the business operations and business motivations linking the enterprise networks together. Business Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across business domains, from strategy to execution. They model and create organisational value capabilities, structures and maps to optimise transformation and change, operational value delivery and a rationalised and sustainable IT.
Requirements
- preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 1 or 2, IAF and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Work with external or internal clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business process assets for their organization.
- Lead business architecture solutions for a complete project or lead teams across multiple projects.
- Lead the integration of project solutions and governance.
