Meet the Team We are hiring an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Business Architect to lead the design and transformation of end-to-end planning capabilities for our semiconductor manufacturing supply chain. This person will shape future-state processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, Capacity, and Executive IBP, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT. The ideal candidate is a strong business architect / planning transformation leader with deep experience in IBP/S&OP and Demand Planning, including consensus forecasting, forecast hierarchy design, critical metric definition, demand review governance, and business requirements for planning systems. The ideal candidate understands the unique complexity of semiconductor supply chains — including long cycle times, constrained capacity, foundry/OSAT models, yield variability, NPI ramps, and forecast guided decision-making. We need someone who can design scalable business processes, define operating models, lead cross-functional alignment, and translate business needs into planning capabilities and system requirements. Strong experience with platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or Oracle is highly preferred.

  • 8+ years in supply chain, planning, business architecture, or transformation
  • 5+ years in IBP, S&OP, Demand Planning, or supply chain planning
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar complex high-tech manufacturing
  • Strong Demand Planning expertise, including forecast accuracy, bias, consensus planning, and NPI/EOL planning
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional process design and transformation
  • Experience converting business needs into functional/system requirements
  • Planning in constrained supply environments and supporting demand prioritization

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of semiconductor front-end and back-end planning processes

  • Define future-state planning processes, business requirements, governance, critical metrics, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Drive Demand Planning process design, including consensus forecasting, forecast hierarchy, demand review cadence, exception management, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with cross-functional collaborators to align business goals, planning assumptions, and transformation priorities.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements for planning systems and analytics.
  • Support planning transformation initiatives and help standardize ways of working across the organization.
  • Incorporate semiconductor-specific planning considerations such as fab constraints, yield variability, foundry/OSAT collaboration, NPI ramps, and supply allocation.
  • Incorporate ML and AI capabilities into IBP and Demand Planning
