About The Position

Aurum Wireless, a fast-growing AT&T Business dealer, is expanding its inside business development team and hiring high-energy appointment setters. This role involves making outbound calls to businesses to speak with owners and decision makers, qualifying them for AT&T Business solutions, and scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives. This is a performance-driven, high-energy outbound calling environment, not a customer service or receptionist position. It offers an excellent long-term opportunity with room for advancement into sales and leadership for motivated individuals.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable talking on the phone all day
  • Positive attitude and competitive mindset
  • Reliable and consistent attendance
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Must be located near the posted city and able to reliably commute to the office daily.

  • Sales or call center experience is a plus but not required
