Fidelity Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Applications and Reporting Specialist to join our Information Technology Department. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and collaborator with strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and experience evaluating complex business processes, mapping workflows, and designing future‑state improvements. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power Platform (or similar automation tools), SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Visio, IBM Cognos Analytics, Hyland OnBase, and project management software such as Asana. Any familiarity in banking systems, finance, marketing platforms, and CRMs is considered a plus. Candidates should be comfortable working with emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision‑making. Experience with Fiserv or other core banking applications and Six Sigma or similar process improvement training is highly preferred.
