As a Senior Business Applications Specialist focused on Marketing, you will be a hands-on builder who designs, ships, and improves marketing automations and AI agents that reduce friction in real marketing workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience leading cross-functional delivery of business workflow solutions (e.g., marketing operations, martech, business applications, automation), including dependencies, tradeoffs, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience applying generative AI/LLM-based tools to business workflows, including evaluating usefulness, managing risks/guardrails, and measuring impact.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience using low-code/no-code programs (e.g., Dataverse, Power Applications).
• 2+ years of experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., chatbots).
• 2+ years of experience with programming/coding.
• Certification with Microsoft platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) or equivalent.
• Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives, map key workflows, and identify high-impact automation and agent opportunities.
• Build agents and automations using low-code-first tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot experiences), connecting them to approved data sources and workflows.
• When requirements exceed low-code capabilities, collaborate with engineering and/or build pro-code extensions using modern, AI-assisted development tools.
• Operationalize solutions: set up monitoring, reliability practices, and continuous improvement; partner with analytics to define success metrics and measure business impact.
• Build and iterate quickly: prototype, test with users, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve the human experience and adoption.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Responsible AI practices and applicable governance/security expectations.
• Lead incident reviews and deliver preventive automations, training, and documentation so solutions are resilient and easy to use.
• Proactively research emerging trends and innovations in the industry and propose improvements.
• Embody our culture and values.
