The Business Applications Analyst II reports to the Assistant Manager, Business Applications. This position is responsible for leading troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of Business Applications. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders, internal information services teams, and vendor partners to implement new technology and system features, troubleshoot defects, and ensure application functionality. The analyst will also participate in comprehensive testing, interact with vendor support, and collaborate with the application education team. Ensuring programs and services meet accrediting standards and safeguarding protected health information are key responsibilities. The role includes monitoring help desk tickets, assisting customers, performing proactive system monitoring, leading process improvement initiatives, and adhering to information services policies. Incident response, downtime procedures, and preparing project documentation are also part of the role. The analyst will perform complex analysis and implementation of enterprise-wide business applications, assist with application design, database building, testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. They will oversee the development and support of coordinated testing plans and serve as a mentor to team members.
