About The Position

Oliver Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Administrator who is passionate about solving business problems through technology. This role offers the opportunity to become the go-to expert for the company's ERP and business applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, automate workflows, and support the technology critical to the manufacturing operations. The primary focus will be on supporting and improving ERP and business applications, driving process improvements, and coordinating with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and plant teams on infrastructure-related activities to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys direct user interaction, process improvement, and leveraging technology for organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems optimization.
• Experience with ERP administration, reporting, workflow automation, and application support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business stakeholders across the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting and automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for our ERP system and other business applications.
• Become the subject matter expert for PSI and our manufacturing systems.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Lead application enhancements, workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations.
• Design reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and best practices.
• Train and support users to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) on infrastructure-related requests, upgrades, and technology projects.
• Participate in software implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
