About The Position

The Business Applications Administrator supports AIR Communities’ Property Operations teams by administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving key business applications, with a primary focus on Entrata Systems. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to resolve issues, maintain system integrity, and support technology initiatives that improve property operations. This is an in-office role designed for candidates who prefer regular face-to-face collaboration, building strong business relationships, and taking long-term ownership of critical systems within a growing real estate organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Entrata Systems, property management software, or business applications in a multifamily real estate environment.
  • Experience configuring application settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, or administrative controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and internal customer support skills.
  • Ability and interest to work in office as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and support Entrata and other business applications used by Property Operations.
  • Provide Tier 3 functional and technical support for escalated user issues, system questions, and troubleshooting needs.
  • Configure settings, security roles, permissions, workflows, document mapping, and automated document tools.
  • Maintain application data integrity, change control documentation, directories, process records, and reporting support.
  • Partner with IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and improve application performance.
  • Support property operations technology initiatives, including project coordination, meeting facilitation, timeline tracking, and budget awareness.
